If you live in the European Union, you have the right to cancel any online purchase from Pestle & Mortar within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving us a reason.
Use the form below to start the withdrawal. It takes about two minutes and we'll email you a confirmation immediately. You don't need an account, and you don't need to log in.

Yes — withdraw using the button to the right. Once we receive the goods back, we'll refund the purchase price (including the original outbound delivery, capped at our standard rate) within 14 days.

✓Eligible
- Sealed productsProducts in their original sealed packaging — the seal hasn't been broken.
- Within 14 days of deliveryThe cooling-off period starts the day your order is delivered. Public holidays count.
- Gifts & subscriptionsSubscription-bought items qualify for the 14-day right on each individual delivery.
- EU residentsYou must be a consumer based in an EU member state. UK, Norway and Switzerland are covered by separate policies.

- Opened skincareSealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery are exempt for hygiene reasons (Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83).
- After 14 daysAfter the cooling-off window, use our standard 30-day return policy instead.
- Personalised itemsGift sets engraved or customised at your request are exempt.
- Damaged or faultyFaulty items are covered separately — please contact care@pestleandmortar.mom and we'll handle it directly.

Step 01
Check your email.
The confirmation has just been sent. It contains your reference number and the return address.
Step 02
Post the items back.
Send them to Pestle & Mortar, Naas, Co. Kildare, W91 D622, Ireland within 14 days. Standard postage at your cost.
Step 03
Refund within 14 days.
We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, to the original payment method. You'll get a second email when it lands.
