02 Orders.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with stock availability, pricing, payment, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, or incorrect customer information.

03 Order Changes & Cancellations.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@pestleandmortar.mom. We will always do our best to help, but once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. During peak periods, including sales, promotions and holiday periods, order changes and cancellations may not be possible due to high order volumes and faster processing times. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the order or delivery details.

04 Product Information.

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, prices, images and information on our website are accurate and up to date. However, small differences in packaging, colour, design or product presentation may occur. All products should be used as directed. Please check the ingredient list before use, especially if you have sensitive skin, allergies or known ingredient sensitivities.

05 Pricing & Payment.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

06 Discount Codes & Promotions.

Discount codes, offers and promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes, automatic discounts, bundles, sale offers, reward vouchers, gift cards or other promotions.

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for fraudulent, harmful or unlawful purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability.

We are not responsible for delays, losses or issues caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, customs delays, technical issues, strikes, severe weather or supply chain disruption. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
